If your trial ends before you purchase a plan, your account will freeze. Your data will remain intact, though inaccessible, until you purchase a plan.
Accounts can be canceled at any time. There is no minimum term. We bill monthly. It's that simple.
iKeepm is free for the first 30 days. During this time, you can use all features of iKeepm without any restrictions. At the end of 30 days, you'll need to enter credit card information to continue using iKeepm.

Furthermore, your data is replicated and backed up daily to an offsite location. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the privacy or security of your data.
We hate to see you cancel, but we can't make decisions for you. In the event you decide to leave us, make sure you backup your data, photos and any file attachments you've uploaded. Once you cancel, your data is PERMANENTLY deleted from our databases.
